Chantal was gifted this perfume and liked it so much, she wanted to build a world around the sent. The sent is described as "unexpected floral fragrance in a round bottle. Unpredictable, in perpetual movement, CHANCE sweeps you into its whirlwind of happiness and fantasy" by Chanel and she used this description as inspiration. The animation is meant to be viewed passively, in the background in a store for example. Its 2 minute duration is both calm and soothing.
